The Precor Discovery Series DPL550 Shoulder Press is a premium commercial plate-loaded strength machine designed to provide a powerful and controlled pressing movement for developing the shoulders, triceps and upper chest.

The machine features independent movement arms with a converging pressing path, allowing each side of the body to work independently while following a natural pressing motion. This helps encourage balanced development and greater engagement of the core and stabilising musculature.
