Do you offer finance?

Yes, we offer flexible finance options to help make purchasing gym equipment more affordable. We offer finance at checkout through Klarna and Humm. We offer finance for both new equipment, and also for used/refurbished gym equipment.

Can businesses use finance?

Absolutely. We offer finance solutions for businesses looking to invest in high-quality commercial gym equipment without paying the full cost upfront. Businesses can enjoy the same range of finance options as a customer can. Finance is available at checkout through Klarna and Humm

Is there a minimum spend?

Yes. Finance is available on orders over £500 and up to £3000, making it an affordable way to invest in high-quality gym equipment without paying the full amount upfront.

How do monthly payments work?

This depends entirely on which finance company you choose to use. Klarna and Humm both work differently, but you can view your options and try different things at checkout.

What happens if my application is declined?

Unfortunately, this is out of our hands. You will need to get in contact with the finance provider directly. You can get in contact with them via their websites.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We are a Northern Ireland based company, and we can deliver all across the UK and Ireland.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery will be free for orders £500.

Below £500, it will cost;

- A single pallet will be £69.99

- A double pallet will be £120

How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 3-5 Working Days. However, we are only human and it can potentially take longer, depending on location, and availability of staff.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, on orders over £500

Can I choose a delivery date?

Yes, we allow you to pick your delivery date for when it best suits.

Will I receive tracking information?

It depends on the courier, and they may issue you with a reference code which will allow you to track your order.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

Not necessarily. You are able to leave a note on your order, at checkout. This will be passed on to the courier by us if you will not be able to be present at the time of delivery.

Can you deliver upstairs?

We do have teams available that will allow us to deliver your order upstairs. Please notify us if your product has to go upstairs so we can bring the team to allow for this. Our standard delivery is courier kerbside drop off.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

This should not happen. If your order has been damaged or is missing a part, please contact us as soon as possible. Preferably, give us a call at 07761292908, so we can get your issue handled ASAP.

Do you remove packaging?

Unfortunately, we will only remove packaging on orders that we will be installing.

Installation

Do you offer installation?

We do offer installation, however it will be for an additional cost. This cost is dependent on what the product is, and how long it will take us.

What products can you install?

We can offer installation for all types of products. From treadmills to dumbbell racks and even racks and rigs.

How long does installation take?

This is entirely dependent on the product. Some products take longer than others. It also depends on the size of the installation we send, and you will be able to liaise with them.

Do I need to prepare the room for the installation?

If you could leave the appropriate room for the product that will be installed, we would greatly appreciate it. This will make the installation a lot easier for us and it will save us time.

Warranty

What warranty will I receive?

Warranty depends on each product.

On our used equipment, we offer 3 months part warranty.

On the new equipment, it will depend on the manufacturer. This can be found on each products page.

Who repairs the equipment?

We have a roster of people who we can contact, who we can send out to attempt to fix your machine.

What happens if something breaks?

Can I return used equipment?

The equipment can be returned to us at the buyers cost which needs to be done by the appropriate courier. Please contact us in this instance.

How do I request a return?

If you wish to return an item to us, contact our team via email or phone. You will have 48 hours to report any issues or problems with your order. This is the from the date you receive the equipment.

Used Equipment

What does refurbished mean?

Refurbished gym equipment refers to previously used machines that have been professionally inspected, cleaned, and restored to full working order. All of our refurbished equipment has been tested and cleaned.

Is refurbished equipment reliable?

Yes, we will not sell anything that we do not see as fit for purpose and reliable.

Does refurbished equipment come with a warranty?

Yes. All of our refurbished equipment comes with 3 months part warranty.

How is refurbished equipment tested?

Technicians will inspect components, replace worn wear-and-tear parts (belts, bearings, cables), and finally put machines through strict operational, electrical and structural safety tests.

Is refurbished equipment cleaned?

Yes. All of our used equipment has been given a clean.
