Precor Discovery Series Plate Loaded Seated Dip

Precor Discovery Series DPL521 Seated Dip

Product Overview

The Precor Discovery Series DPL521 Seated Dip is a premium commercial plate-loaded strength machine designed to provide an effective and controlled pressing movement for developing the triceps, chest and shoulders.

The DPL521 features independent or dependent movement arms, allowing users to train each side independently for greater balance and core engagement, or connect the arms together for more powerful bilateral pressing movements. The rotating handles also offer both narrow and wide grip positions, providing additional exercise variety.

A ratcheting seat adjustment allows the user to achieve the correct training position, while the oversized push-down handles provide a comfortable grip and help reduce pressure on the hands.

With its heavy-duty steel construction and commercial-grade components, the DPL521 is ideally suited to commercial gyms, strength facilities, hotels, schools and serious home gyms.
