It features a three piece crank with sealed bearings to give a smooth pedalling feel at each of the sixteen different resistance levels, the adjustable seat & handlebars mean it is easy to set up to suit your individual needs. The 23 workout programs should be enough to keep you motivated & include themes such as hill climb, fat burn & intervals, there are four programs which can be set by you, five which use your heart rate to control your workout, and a final program which will calculate your body fat %, BMI & BMR. You can use the Fitness Test function to track your progress & the console is easily operated & has a large LCD display window.
