If you workout at home, on the road, you're a fitness trainer, strength coach, military combatant, own a club, or interested in self defense, the Power Bag will add fun and excellent results to your fitness training.
We have PowerbagsTM in 9 different weight sizes. PowerbagsTM come with a 1-year warranty*.
More than 4000 PowerbagsTM are in service with the RAF, Royal Marines and Navy.
To fill a Powerbag use coarse grain sand like sharp sand which is dry, as wet sand could rot the liner. We recommend filling your bag outdoors to avoid a mess. Sharp sand is recommended as other kinds of sand grain could bind together and stop the free flow of material inside your Powerbag.
1 - Unzip the lid to the Powerbag and fold back the end cap.
2 - Remove the two zip ties and open the waterproof bag by folding it backwards over the edge of the Powerbag outer casing, repeat this with the inner nylon bag to allow it to get filled.
3 - Place the Powerbag on weighing scales.
4 - Fill your bag with the needed amount of sand to get it at the proper weight and then pull the drawstring cord tight then tie off the bag with a zip tie. Make sure you tighten the ties as much as possible and leave some room at the end of your bag to let the sand flow.
5 - You now need to tie a knot in the plastic bag and tie off with the other zip tie.
6 - When the bags have been pushed back in the Powerbag shell, you then need to zip the Powerbag closed.
We recommend that you often check the inner bags to see if there has been any damage to them, or leaking of sand that could occur from using the bag.
