The R1 Recumbent Lifecycle with Basic Console maintains Lifecycle’s usual levels of excellence in comfort, quality and technology. Even though the version with the basic console is not quite as technologically supreme as the advanced console, it still packs quite a punch of features. There are 20 different resistance levels, as well as five different workout options: Manual, Hill, EZ Incline/Resistance, Random, and Sport Training. The interface is very user-friendly, and the user’s heart rate is monitored using contact sensors. The display on the console covers all the standard statistics, including calories burnt, target heart rate, actual heart rate, level, and distance, time and speed. The bike also comes equipped with a Quick Start and Cool Down mode.
There are different features for user-comfort too. The recumbent seat is designed to ensure a comfortable posture without any back trouble or pain, and there are both, front-mounted and side-mounted handlebars. The R1 Recumbent Lifecycle with Basic Console also comes with a special reading rack and a water bottle holder mounted on the front. The bike is also very easy to install. The instructions are detailed and clear and all the necessary tools come with the package. Installation should not take longer than an hour.
