Escape Fitness Thera-Krünch design provides simultaneous upper crunch and reverse crunch movements to deliver the most complete abdominal muscle isolation workout ever. University tests prove the Thera-Krünch2 achieves greater muscle involvement than any floor exercise (51% greater in the upper region of rectus abdominis and 44% greater in the lower region) Novices benefit greatly from weight assistance to safely perform the desired number of repetitions. The Thera-Krünch2 can assist in the crunch movement by the addition of standard size Olympic weights on to the rear weight horn. (1.25, 2.5, 5kg weights are optional). To challenge intermediate or advanced fitness levels, weight resistance can be increased by the addition of Olympic discs to a maximum of 10kg to the front weight horn.
