The Thera-Krünch2 can assist in the crunch movement by the addition of standard size Olympic weights on to the rear weight horn. (1.25, 2.5, 5kg weights are optional). To challenge intermediate or advanced fitness levels, weight resistance can be increased by the addition of Olympic discs to a maximum of 10kg to the front weight horn.
