BOSU 3D Body Sculpting System

This new BOSU® 3D Body Sculpting System not only opens the door to balance training for a beginner and special population but it gives variation and versatility to seasoned BOSU® Trainers. At the heart of the system is the 1st ever multi purpose, modular exercise platform of its kind which functions as a docking point for the BOSU® Balance Trainer and many other fitness tools. It has convenient attachment points for resistance tubing as well as an adjustable balance bar for extra support, stretching and floor workouts. Each BOSU® 3D Body Sculpting System has a modular docking platform with an adjustable support bar, three exercise DVD’s led by Rob Glick and 2 adjustable resistance tubes with anchor attachments.

A gym ball adapter plate is also available. This allows a gym ball or swiss ball to be positioned safely in front of the support bar expanding the uses of the resistance tubing and bar.
