Fitness instructor Mindy Mylrea presents her method for achieving Awesome Strength.
Using an assortment of equipment, Mylrea and her assistants demonstrate a number of different workouts designed to build strength and tone muscles. The workouts can be performed with a variety of different equipment, and by a number of different experience levels. However, a step bench, medicine ball, and stability ball are the minimum needed items.
